STEMium公司™-ACF是一种无血清培养基，用于在无饲养层条件下优化人类胚胎干细胞和诱导多能干细胞的生长。它是一种无菌液体培养基，含有必需和非必需氨基酸、维生素、有机和无机化合物、激素、生长因子和微量矿物质。该培养基为碳酸氢盐缓冲培养基，在5%CO2/95%空气的培养箱中平衡时，pH值为7.4。STEMium公司™-ACF的配方（定量和定性）是为了提供一个明确和优良平衡的营养环境，选择性地促进正常人类胚胎干细胞和体外诱导多能干细胞的生长。该介质应与BD Matrigel一起使用™ 无饲养者培养条件。
STEMium™-ACF is a serum-free medium designed for optimal growth of human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells under feeder-free conditions. It is a sterile, liquid medium containing essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, organic and inorganic compounds, hormones, growth factors and trace minerals. The medium is bicarbonate buffered and has a pH of 7.4 when equilibrated in an incubator with an atmosphere of 5% CO2/ 95% air. STEMium™-ACF is formulated (quantitatively and qualitatively) to provide a defined and optimally balanced nutritional environment that selectively promotes growth of normal human embryonic stem cells and induced pluripotent stem cells in vitro. This medium should be used in conjunction with BD Matrigel™ for feeder-free culture condition.
